A rough enemy walk-cycle this time! Probably put too much time into this since the deadline is creeping up but animating is way too fun for its own good.

Hey, this post may contain adult content, so we’ve hidden it from public view.
Anonymous asked: how weird would it be if I got one of your drawings as a tattoo? would i need y permission because i am so in love with that journey drawing you did about a year ago.. thanks!!
That’s totally fine, just make sure and send along a picture if you get it done! And if you’d be willing to make a donation for the use of the design I would really appreciate it!
@4 years ago with 1 noteA commission I did of a white goshawk on a cathedral.
I did a piece for Gallery Nucleus’ Power In Numbers showcase and it’s now available HERE! I had reread Cloud Atlas recently and wanted to make something about one of the final sentiments in the book, “My life amounts to no more than one drop in a limitless ocean. Yet what is any ocean, but a multitude of drops?”.
More drawings for sale!

It’s been far too long since I’ve updated this little sketchblog, but I finally have time to sketch things again. Here’s a sketch commission for pluww, who asked for a cat playing with some swallows. I’ve spent so much time drawing people over the past semester that I’d almost forgotten how much fun animals can be to draw.

I’m making a piece for this and there’s so many awesome artists involved, if you’re at all artistically inclined it would be great to see more people submitting work! After all it’s the perfect season for drawing ghosts.
Anonymous asked: you should try your hand in tattooing... you seem like one of those illustrator slash tattooists
Yeah, I’ve always been interested in tattooing, I’ve designed a whole bunch of tattoos for people. Unfortunately most apprenticeships are unpaid and I can’t afford that so I’m sticking with illustration for now.
@6 years ago with 2 notesThe reason it feels so extreme is b/c the overlapping action of the mushroom cap is not offset enough. Push the most extreme down pose (2,5) of the cap forward one frame (3,6) so that the cap is down when the body is up.
Oh man, thanks so much for the advice Kelly, I just tried it and it’s already much better!

Anonymous asked: is it okay for followers to add your 3ds friend code? or is that weird?! .___. signed, "i play too much acnl and think your art is cool"
Totally cool, make sure you send me your code so I can add you back!

Just a little Dark Souls inspired sketch, taking a quick break from schoolwork.
Someone asked if I could post a larger version of my Journey sketch so here it is! It’s a pretty small sketch to begin with but definitely still a favourite.
Anonymous asked: How long does it take you to sketch something? Your blending is so clean and controlled looking.
I’m very slow, though not as slow as I used to be, but I do spend a lot of time refining finished sketches. Usually it takes me at least a day to get a sketch done, more for any fully fleshed out work.
@6 years agoHere’s some designs I did for Rule of Cool Gaming, had a lot of fun doing these!
